NPRA-AR Membership Form

To join NPRA-AR, please provide the following information.


NPRA-AR is dedicated to elevating the peer workforce through our mentorship program. The following questions help us better understand how we can best support you as a peer professional. Someone will be in touch with you shortly!

Have you previously or are you currently a union member? *Note - We only ask this question because we partner with the St. Louis labor unions often as substance use and mental health is prevalent in this community.
I would like a NPRA mentor to help me in the following areas? *Select all that apply. *We ask this question because NPRA-MO mentors can connect you in each of these areas to support your personal needs in addition to your professional needs.
