Peer Allies

ARCHway Institute is a 501c3 non-profit that serves the community by providing education to increase awareness and transform perspectives around substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. As an organization, they advocate for long-term recovery by providing peer support and financial assistance to expand access to care and healthy solution. NPRA is a division of ARCHway Institute.

Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) operates a network of 36 licensed, CARF-accredited addiction treatment centers in Eastern and Central Kentucky. The organization, headquartered in Louisa, Kentucky, offers a full continuum of care including detox, residential, transitional, intensive outpatient, outpatient, medically assisted treatment (MAT), vocational rehabilitation, and job training.

The Aviary Recovery Center approaches recovery with an integrated whole-health emphasis that is aimed at helping individuals through their recovery to become who they want to be. They are a team of social workers, counselors, physicians, nurses, and recovery coaching professionals who specialize in the treatment of alcohol and drug addiction with co-occurring disorders. They provide a supportive, predictable, structured, and safe environment to begin the healing and recovery process. The Aviary Recovery Center has two locations - an outpatient center in Kirkwood, MO. and a residential and outpatient program in Eolia, MO.

Chestnut Health Systems is a 501(c)3 non-profit that offers a comprehensive scope of behavioral health and human services in Illinois and Missouri. Their professional and experienced staff is committed to providing high-quality care and services to the communities they serve. From drug and alcohol addiction treatment facilities (residential and outpatient) to primary care medical homes, to a research institute, Chestnut continuously works to achieve its mission to make a difference and improve quality of life through excellence in service.

Child and Family Empowerment Center is located in St. Louis, Missouri and provides a variety of recovery support services including recovery housing, peer services, and recovery community support.

Prevent+Ed leads the conversation on alcohol and other drugs. Their work prevents the harm of alcohol and other drug use through education, intervention, and advocacy. Prevent+Ed offers youth adult services including peer support services in St. Louis, Missouri.

RecoVET HealthCare, a non-profit 501c3, is a Veterans Social Service Organization. Their programs are designed specifically for Veterans, Active Duty Military, and their families. We are a behavioral health organization providing a full continuum of integrated services to clients with substance use and behavioral disorders. Their goal is to partner with their clients and their loved ones, so they can lead rewarding prosperous lives that build on their assets, skills, and capabilities.

ECHO Detroit is an early intervention and detection program designed to intervene with personal problems before they become more severe. The Early Intervention program is funded by the Detroit-Wayne Integrated Health Network and is administered by Self-Help Addiction Rehabilitation (SHAR), a licensed and accredited agency. Since 1969, SHAR has provided high quality behavioral healthcare services to individuals in the Greater Detroit area.

Peer support is critical to our comprehensive treatment model at Addiction Recovery Care.

ARC is proud to support NPRA's advocacy and educational efforts to elevate and empower the peer recovery workforce in Kentucky and across the country.
